Kokum Curry
A typical Goan curry that can be served with boiled rice.

Ingredients:
- 5-7 Kokum
- a pinch of Ajwain
- 8-10 Dry red chillies
- 5-6 Black pepper corns
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 Coconut
- Water as required
Preparation:
Add water in a blender. Then add ajwain, red chillies, black pepper corns and coconut. Grind them all well. Take a thin cloth piece and squeeze the above mixture. Add them in a pot and add kokum as well. Leave them for half an hour and then stir well. Serve with boiled rice.
