Fines Herbes

fines herbes, fresh with mortar and pestle

Ingredients:

2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp chervil
1 tbsp lovage
2 tsp dill
2 tsp tarragon
1/2 tsp thyme

Preparation:

Mix together all of the ingredients to make fines herbes and store in a tightly sealed container.
