  • Add the onions to a large pot over medium-high heat

  • Add 6 cups of chicken broth (can use chicken powder or stock cubes) 
  • Bring mixture to a boil and wait for it to simmer for 10 minutes 
  • Meanwhile, chop up your keto-friendly vegetables e.g cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, etc…
  • Add keto veggies into boiling keto soup and let simmer for at least 15 minutes until keto veggies are tender (cook time depends on keto veggie)
  • Remove onion and bay leaf 
  • Add the keto broth with keto veggies into a blender 
  • Blend until keto soup is smooth and creamy
  • Serve keto chicken soup in bowls, garnish with chopped keto-friendly vegetables e.g scallions or chives

The ingredients: 

12 strips bacon, chopped 1 lb ground beef (or turkey), 1/2 cup keto friendly tomato sauce, 2 cups keto cheese, shredded 8 oz fresh spinach, chopped 1 onion, diced kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste keto lasagna recipe. 

Here are the instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large pan over medium-high heat cook bacon until crispy for about 5 minutes.

  • Remove keto lasagna from the oven and carefully flip it over onto the serving dish. Slice into 4 pieces and serve immediately
